We offer four venues
for your big day

1. Garden
Despite being in the
Karoo
, a lush garden awaits those wanting
an outside wedding. The dry
conditions ensure that your big day
will be unhindered by rain, while a
brookie lace gazebo provides shelter
from the sun and a romantic setting. |

2. Draaikrans
For those wanting a wedding with a
difference, Draaikrans provides
nature enthusiasts with a ceremony
set in a dry river bed below and an
archaeological gem.
Draaikrans is over 60m high and over
a million years old and was formed
when the Karoo was still at the
bottom of the
Algoa
Sea
and the high water temperature
allowed the rock to become soft and
bendable. As the earths plates moved,
so it pushed the rock upwards to form
what is today known as Draaikrans.
Let this rock formation make your
special day awe-inspiring.

3. Dok se Hok
Named after
legendary rugby icon Danie Craven who
once woed his wife-to-be on the farm,
Dok se Hok provides an intimate
setting for up to 60 people. The
venue includes bar, sound system, PA
system and overhead projector in a
rustic setting.

4. Craven Haven
For larger
parties of up to 120 people, Craven
Haven is an old barn which has now
been converted into a stylish venue.
The hall can be made up with fairy
lights and full draping. Full
catering facilities are on site

Accommodation
Today the
original farmhouse serves as a
luxurious bed and breakfast offering
old-world charm and a romantic
honeymoon suite, complete with free
standing ball-and-claw bath. All
rooms boast percale linen and goose
down duvets.
Guests can
choose from a variety of
accommodation options should they
wish to make a weekend of the event.
The guest house offers six en-suite
rooms, while another two farm houses
serve as self-catering accommodation.
Camping facilities are also available
for those who wish to make the best
of their natural surroundings.
