Maybe a working holiday at Noorspoort Guest Farm is just what you need?! You can work for a period of one or two weeks on the farming operational section of the farm, helping with routine physical work. Such as helping to clean parts of a 8 km furrow, or helping the regulars round up sheep or goats, to treat them against disease, ticks and so on. Yes, it is hard work and you will walk a lot and sweat profusely at times. But it is healthy and restful and you will tend to forget all about your problems and work-related stress.
